With top management responsibilities in the “3 lines of Defense”, Hervé is an “Hybrid” Control and Business manager, who drives radical Transformation and thrives for resilient and efficient control systems in global environments.
Hervé served as Allianz Group Chief Audit Executive (CAE) for more than 12 years, managing up to 900 audit professionals in more than 40 countries. He also led the Compliance function as the Group Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), covering 800 compliance officers across the globe.
Hervé accumulated significant business experience as member of the Allianz France Board of Management (the 3rd largest Allianz entity), as as founder and co-CEO of Allianz Banque.
Hervé graduated from HEC, the French top business school. A French national, he speaks English, Spanish, and has strong notions of German.
Eve is an internal audit expert, who ran large teams in banking and in asset management in Asia Pacific and globally.
After several years in PWC in Hong Kong and London, she led the internal functions of major banks in Hong Kong, and of Allianz Asset Management in Asia Pacific. She joined in 2018 the Compliance function and the CEO office of Unicredit in Germany (Hypovereinsbank), with focus on ESG.
Eve graduated from the University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, as well as of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Eve is also CIA, CISA, CFE and GSFP certified. A British national, she speaks German, Cantonese and Mandarin, and has notions of Japanese and French.
